Processing Time

Your item will be shipped in 7 days unless there is a delay with our manufacturer, if such delay does occur we will notify you within those 7 days. Orders placed on the weekend or holidays will be processed next business day. Luxe Life will contact you via email if the item you selected is not available at the time of the order. Tracking information will be provided by email.

At Luxe Life, customer satisfaction is our number one priority. If you are unhappy with your purchase, return it within 7 days of receipt for a store credit. If applicable, shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • To receive a full store credit:
  • Item must be shipped within 7 days of receipt
  • Tags must be attached
  • Item must be returned in the condition it was received
  • The customer is responsible for return packing and shipping cost.
  • Any items damaged, soiled or altered in any way will not be accepted for return. If we do not hear from you within 7 days of receipt we will consider the sale final.

Final Sale Policy - Items marked final sale are not returnable at any time.

Return Instructions

  • Send an e-mail to hello@LuxeisLife.com to initiate the return process. Please include the receipt number and name of item you are returning for store credit.
  • Item must be securely packed for return. You may use the original packing material, but be sure to remove or cover any other labels.
  • You will receive an e-mail notification once your return has been processed.

Notes:

We will not be responsible for the loss or damage of any items returned without a valid return authorization. Any returns shipped without a return authorization will be refused.
