Refund policy
At Luxe Life, we understand that sometimes things just don't work out. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Our store credit policy lasts 7 days from receipt. If 7 days have gone by since your receipt of purchase, unfortunately, we can't offer you a refund or exchange.
- To be eligible for a return and store credit, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- You will be responsible for the return shipping costs except in instances where the item arrived damaged or defective. Note that the option to initiate a return and receive store credit begins on the date of delivery and is available for 7 days only.
- Please note that gift cards are non-returnable items and cannot be refunded or exchanged. We encourage you to carefully consider your purchase before buying a gift card.
- To complete your return for store credit, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
- Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
- There are certain situations where only no credit is granted (if applicable). These include items with obvious signs of use, any item not in its original condition, or any item that is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular-priced items may be returned for store credit, unfortunately, sale items cannot be returned.
Exchanges (if applicable)
Exchanges are not allowed unless the item was damaged when received. Please email hello@luxeislife.com to inform us of this issue.
Shipping
- To return your product, you should mail your product to: 4814 Old National Hwy, Atlanta, GA 30337
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
- If you are shipping an item over $100, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
